The Divisional Federation of Youth Clubs (Yowun
Samaja Pradeshiya Sammelanaya) for the Kotmale West Divisional Secretariat
Division was successfully held on July 19, 2025.
This key youth-led gathering brought together members and
representatives from various local youth clubs across the division. The main
objectives of the federation meeting were to empower the regional youth
community, appoint new office bearers, and discuss future development projects,
leadership training, and youth welfare initiatives to be implemented within the
Kotmale West area.
Through this federation, the Kotmale West Divisional
Secretariat, in collaboration with the National Youth Services Council, aims to
foster active youth participation in community development and regional
leadership.
