As part of the annual Local Government Week
celebrations, the Kotmale Pradeshiya Sabha successfully conducted a
comprehensive mobile service program on September 15, 2025. The event,
held at the Kotmale West Divisional Secretariat, was designed to bring
essential administrative services directly to the doorsteps of local residents.
The initiative saw an excellent turnout, bridging the gap
between local government institutions and the public by providing efficient,
centralized solutions to long-standing community needs.
