In commemoration of the sacred Vesak Full Moon Poya Day, the
Early Childhood Development Centers across the Kotmale West Divisional
Secretariat Division organized a series of meaningful religious and community
programs on May 9th and May 12th, 2025.
These events were beautifully driven by the collective
efforts of preschool teachers, young children, and their dedicated parents,
showcasing a strong sense of community spirit and spiritual devotion. The
celebrations were aimed at instilling rich cultural values and religious
traditions in the minds of the younger generation from an early age.
